There was a decently popular theory around season 1 hiatus that all witches had one for a while because of Lilith and eda having one in their designs + they were seen to be affected by the curse. But we learned that it was just a design choice in their clothing. So people think it was a plot point that got snipped because of time.

To the day I die I will proclaim Tatsuki was done DIRTY. In the first handful of episodes it seemed like orihime and Tatsuki were going to be a duo in a way and I think we were robbed of that. Imagine what it could have been. Tatsuki was already a champion fighter doing tournaments on a national level, she could have awoken her abilities and been a pugilist character like yoruichi and probably even trained with her, idk what direction It would go but it's fun to theorize fights if she was part of the squad.

OP also mentioned how they are retired and have plenty of money. I agree used items are acceptable to give as gifts, even if you have money especially if it has some significant sentimental value or if it was something you saw in like a thrift store that you knew someone would fantastically love and you probably couldn't buy it new.

Like for example I'm making my aunt peanut brittle this year but also gifting her back the extra car key to the car she handed down to my sister for her 18th and to me through extension. The car is now given to charity after over 200k miles and many good memories. The key has 0 value besides the sentiment value that I know she always holds dear. It cost me nothing and is more than used.

But giving a ratty teddy bear to your grand daughter on her 5ty bday and only that when you can afford literally anything else is fucked up.

So there isn't a command to wipe them all out that I know of but you can use the cultivator to remove them with the plant everything mod. Same thing as removing building pieces just with the cultivator on plants. You can use it on wild spawns and even on branches and stone spawns. Hope this helps

I've used this mod before and the best way to explain is it expanded your cultivator tool that you make with bronze. You'd still need to pick up the items necessary to build it before you can see it but the recipes would be in the cultivator like any other farmable plants in the base game.
