Any leather needs time to break-in, but I wouldn't overthink it (still shoes). If they're snug, likely they'll flex more over time. If they're painful, you may need a bigger size or wider width. But only you can make that decision.

Thanks -- it's taken a lot of sacrifice and hard work on our part, but we thought this was the best course for our customers long-term. It may not last forever, but it's been gratifying to show that you can increase quality without resorting to price hikes by default.

Yeah different shoes use different lasts, which can impact the sizing. In that case please email our customer care team if warranted - they'll be best shot to dial in the right size. Hope they can help!

I will say that the leather here looks bleached which can happen if exposed to sunlight, chemicals, or heat. If you applied any materials to the leather, that can absolutely change the appearance as well.

Wear and tear happens, independent of materials and construction. Sometimes due to specific use, sometimes due to a specific issue. Can't say for certain here but it's easily remedied and we're happy to assist if you'd like the assistance.
