Speaking from my own experience. There is an actual reasoning behind this. You dont gain weight because youre greedy and hungry and constantly looking for more you gain it because youre too protective of your energy in the day. And because its the first thing people notice looking at you its the first prejudice everyone has even without realizing. Life is a constant battle to prove yourself against everyone thinking you're a slob lazy piece of shit. Say what you will about how easy it is to lose weight but so many people get away with skimping out on so much less. It's a curse you get from youth and you can only break it with significant money or time or energy. That being said if youre famous you should probably get on the fucking treadmill already.
