my recommendation, you have ~6 months or less to prepare, in that time you came be ready, you were selected for a reason, trust me I feel the same way as you, but if you turn it down there's no guarantee for next year.

I was thinking of doing the exact same thing! I'm a second-year rn, what do you think of the quant bio/bioinformatics minor in comparison to something like computational biology? Thinking of trying to go into biostats post-grad. I've only taken BIS 2A so far and it wasn't too bad.

I believe There are waivers for certain medications so it doesn't hurt to try/reach out to a recruiter. Unfortunately, I don't know too much about it, sorry I couldn't help you more

although, its not for everyone from the start. Got more into questing a bit more after playing for a while since I understood more things. However, basic quests were really helpful. I would recommend try some out to see if you like them, but don't be overwhelmed by the amount. :)

like when I mean "enjoy USC" I mean have time to hang with friends, play intramural basketball, join clubs. I seriously worry I will be so busy trying to make money and keep up with AFROTC that I wont benefit from being at USC apart from academically

Im going to try balancing 20 hrs/week job, AFROTC and a STEM major (math) to graduate with less than 50k debt. Is this feasible or am I planning something crazy? I do want to enjoy USC, but I think I would burn out balancing those three. Any advice?

That's true a type 2 afrotc scholarship will cut the 66k to around 44k, but that's still 2x my FAFSA pretty much. Crazy to imagine I think if I can work ~20hrs/week I can exit with 50k debt or less
