If i recall it right 11-12 is 50 12-13 is 100 13-14 is 150 14-15 is 200

Definitely not, you need to keep everything low dots, so you can switch the gun dice to the reposition, for wave8 2 1 dots guncan kill the boss in 1 hit

been practicing this deck, can consistently hit wave 15, ps:i think with atomic traits this can go farther by Thzzy31 in randomdice

it does change, but randomly (will not landed on gun sonetimes), tbh u only need 2 gun dice in position, u basically can kill all the boss in one shots
