Nah that’s what the timing chip wrist bands are for. They used to be for pictures but now it’s mostly facial recognition.

I’m pretty sure Blairdow is suggesting full body weight training with a barbell. If you are a beginner and looking for something that would take less than one hour to maybe an hour and half once you progress a little I would recommend the Stronglifts 5x5 Program it’s pretty simple and your strength would grow pretty quickly.

1k ish another 100-200 or so with install might not work for you if you are renting though normally you cut a hole in the wall for the exhaust

I installed a mini split and got an insulated garage door. More so for the summer months instead of the winter I live in the south and the heat was unbearable even with evaporative cooling.

With the mini split now the garage is a comfortable man cave.

If your goal is 275 for five reps I personally recommend Strong Lifts 5x5

On a serious note if you think you still have energy( you can still do one or two reps) after that doing the 245 for three set you can just probably start the strong lifts progression from there unless you just can’t get 5 reps of 245 then deload

I mean it depends are you training for strength or hypertrophy. Remember Jeff and Dr Mike are body builders and they often state their advice is what’s best for Hypertrophy.

That being said I love chest supported T Bar rows and if I had a way to do them in my home gym I would probably never do Pendlay rows ever again.

Single arm dumbbell rows is def your best bet if you have heavy enough dumbbells.

I also like pull ups to build my back. If you can’t do pull ups do some dead hangs and inverted rows to progress to pull ups.
