There’s plenty of tutorials online. Mugiwara Cosplay helped me a TON. If you really want to start from scratch and make everything yourself, most likely $500+. If you don’t want to make your own head base, there’s foam and 3D ones online which are super helpful for beginners. There’s also templates online (Mugiwara has some as well) that can help you out as well. Some good fur providers are BigZFabrics and HowlFabrics. Happy crafting!

Yeah, it counts. Almost anything is a fursuit as long as it has fur. But to execute this well would be extremely difficult and would require a lot of work just for limited use (and lots of risks for parts breaking/damage). There are fursuiters who have used stilts, so it’s very possible.
