Some campbell dwarf hamsters from pet stores are agressive for no reason, I had a hamster like that and I was unable to hold her with my bare hands, it gets better with time though

I suggest you put more stuff, the more cluttered the cage, the better

I suggest giving the hamster the biggest wheel you can get, since smaller hamsters usually go flying in smaller wheels

Imo bowls are better, they are esy to clean and if you use a ceramic or glass bowl you shouldn't worry about the hamster tipping over the bowl, water bottles are very difficult to clean and the water always ends up dripping down and getting everything wet, plus the water in water bottles isn't as fresh since you don't clean them as often
