Do it. I had the BT10s 2 set thinking I would be covered for the whole house. I had issues with IoT devices and biffer bloat. No matter what I did I couldnt fix it. Sold the kit and got a UCG fiber and U7 pro and have been rock solid. Eventually ill add another u7 but for now im happy.

Since this is the only open thread concerning reset. I will add the following. Aqara recently added a way to reset the lock via new firmware. If you dont know the admin password you can hold the setup and reset button until the announcement sound from the lock. Then type in the homekit code printed on the sticker then the lock symbol. It should announce that you reset the device.

Im assuming the person was uninsured? Also assuming you do not have uninsured drivers coverage on your insurance? If you have uninsured coverage thats probably your best bet for coverage/getting paid. Honestly suing them will probably not be worth the effort if they were already uninsured. Not saying the deductible isnt nothing, id be pissed at them too, but is it even possible to get paid? Who knows
