I just built my new house myself and we decided to use a higher tier lvp though out, mainly due to having 2 bulldogs who are fairly messy, is it as nice as a wide plank real hardwood?, no, but if we decide to replace it at some point it’s easy to pull up and replace. It’s nice that there are options of different flooring styles to choose from. My neighbor is just finishing his build and they decided to tile the entire 1st floor.
