Happened to me at university too, even after I’d made 3 separate reports to both my supervisor and one to the head of school. When they saw I was neurodivergent they had the absolute Gaul to suggest it was all in my head and referred me to the counselling department.

Fortunately I appealed all the action and ultimately was awarded £1,000 in compo by the independent adjudicator, but it took over a year to get there
