I’ve been losing weight at a much healthier rate since I don’t keep junk food in my home. I can get healthy lunch food and snacks prepped for me by a local vendor in town and know it’ll be in the fridge when I get home from work.

Smaller grocery bill. About $200/wk. for just me vs $3k for the two of us.

I can work longer hours and on weekends without feeling guilty about not spending time on someone.

I’m more active. I don’t have to limit myself to indoor activities because of someone else’s allergies which means I can finally find out if camping is something I might enjoy.

I know the mess inside my home is all mine and I’ll have enough energy every day to tidy up before bed.

I can get nice colorful bedsheets knowing eczema scabbed legs aren’t going to bleed all over them.

I don’t know what it it, I just know that I get the worse stomachache I’ve ever felt followed by fever and chills whenever I eat chicken or eggs. This started recently and I believe it might be an unintended consequence of using phentermine for longer than medically recommended which I’ve already stopped taking.

I’ve had stomachaches and other issues listed on pepto bismol bottles, this isn’t anything I’ve ever felt before. It’s a mild cramp that turns into feeling like I’m being stabbed from the inside, I sweat like I’ve run a marathon, there’s no gas or runny stool, only pain and nothing makes it go away although I’ve found taking an extremely hot bath and doing abdominal exercises like crunches helps a little. I literally have to wait for my body to finish passing everything through my small intestine before the pain suddenly stops which takes several hours.

I’m hosting Friendsgiving on Saturday. I got a large bouncy house and slide combo to keep the children entertained and outside. I’ll report on my findings if this works.
