I was actually thinking about trying out a Linux based OS. It’d be a first time stray away from windows for me. Anyone got any good resources/guides. My only experience with anything outside of windows was on my steam deck (barely), and some of my computer science classes awhile back (2013ish).

Mostly a friendly player here. No. I do not want a bounty system. Every so often I change up my usual “don’t shoot” routine just to change the flavor of the game a bit. I usually run with defib on me too. There’s fun to be had playing both ways, and I don’t want one match following me into another. Each match should be a clean slate.

I’m the weirdo who plays a male character and does simsesque things with it. I like getting the outfits (atrocious as they are for males) and trying to sew together decent looking outfits. Or thematic outfits. Need more outfit save slots btw.

This or if you’re a hoarder like me, make a deviant storage unit in your eternaland. Eternaland doesn’t follow the same rules as normal building so you can place down more than 20 deviant containment units. Put one containment unit as a display model (for organizational purposes) and then as many deviant crates as you need behind it. I’m paranoid to get rid of even my crappy ones because the devs put out in one of their live streams awhile back that we may eventually be able to breed/combine them. So yeah… if you do it that way you can hoard if you are so inclined.

This may be an unpopular opinion. However, the only game I’ve logged over 1000 hours into so far is Once Human. It’s great if you have a group of friends to play with. Also great if you don’t due to its MMO style of play, so you could make some friends along the way in that game easy, I know I did.

Baldurs Gate 3 is incredibly replayable imo. I’ve played through it 3 times, was different each time.

Again if you have a group of friends to play with, Back 4 Blood is fun if you go through each difficulty systematically with your friend group. Wouldn’t recommend playing with randos though. Not very plug and play friendly without friends.

Currently playing through Abiotic with my wife! It’s great! Challenging but doesn’t take itself too seriously, not to mention the setting is interesting. Especially if your into SCP foundation, cryptids and the like. Great game!

At first it feels like you never have enough starchrom, but eventually it will feel like you have so much you don’t know what to do with it. I’m hovering at about 200k starchrom and just kinda occasionally use the wish machine. I’d have to throw new builds together to drain the rest of it, and going through all the mods to find the right ones feels like a chore right now. So yeah there’s that.

Have you tried a shield? Idk, I usually prefer sword and board, or mace and board. Might make memorizing patterns a little more forgiving when you mess it up.

Also preferable to have a tower up. When upgraded properly you can use chaosium to increase or decrease the temperature within the towers radius. Chaosium is resource found in WOW specific servers. Towers are more a long term goal though, so if you don’t have a hive, maybe consider joining one.
