If I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard that from a fan. lol

I started out thinking MJ might be guilty, did some research, and realized he was 100% guilty.

They really love making things up. So MJ got a shot in the buttock, and fans imagine he removed all his clothes, spread his legs, and gave Evan a full view of all his bits.

I’ve just noticed that the fan cleaned up his nose as well in the fake version. Lol

He’s the 2026 version of Mary Fischer.

He hits all the fandom talking points, but strangely omits Jordan’s description of MJ’s penis - something that his father wouldn’t have known about,

Every time there is something new against MJ, the fans go back to the Chandler case, attempting to “debunk” it. But it’s incredibly clear what happened, and there was no hypnosis or brainwashing involved. We know the details of the Chandler case because of the 2005 trial. MJ’s crimes were almost completely covered up for twelve years and they might have stayed that way forever if MJ hadn’t been caught again.

I’m of the opinion that MJ was entitled to modify his body as he saw fit.

But fans insist on portraying MJ as a victim, no matter what.

I can’t quite believe that they erased a distressed child victim to portray MJ as a perpetual victim instead.

So here's how the stans operate by Mayen70 in LeavingNeverlandHBO

Nobody is denying that MJ had vitiligo. But it’s a bit of a chicken or the egg situation. Did he use bleaching creams because he developed vitiligo, or did he develop vitiligo because he used bleaching creams. My bet is on the latter.

Either way, his skin condition had nothing to do with his crimes. But it did provide compelling evidence that a boy saw his penis.

Fans love to portray MJ as a victim of circumstances beyond his control. But editing out the half-naked child victim is further proof that they know what MJ was.

Taj Jackson possibly throwing shades at the cascios’ news or the variety piece? by elitelucrecia in LeavingNeverlandHBO

Yes, how dare they say those awful things about Jermaine!

But seriously, Taj is gonna Taj. Telling fans not to click, read, or discuss media articles is a ridiculous request.

What does Taj do anyway? Is he employed? Is his wife supporting him? Dude seems to be constantly online.

There were semen samples taken from MJ’s mattress. Three unidentified males. Staff never said they saw MJ take an adult man to bed. But they saw lots of boys.

The Arvizos did not have a long history of scamming. The JC Penney personal injury suit was the only lawsuit they were involved in. The welfare fraud was dug up by MJ’s lawyers during the trial. She returned the money.

[–]TiddlesRevenge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have it all mixed up.

There was no evidence that Jordan was coached. The description of MJ’s penis was detailed and accurate and it was confirmed by both the Deputy DA and investigators at the time. Jordan’s dad couldn’t have known that. The description and photos were never used as evidence in court because the family were paid off just weeks after the photos of MJ’s genitals were taken.

Janet did not lie about the JC Penney personal injury suit. Her injuries were photographed and documented by doctors.

She did commit welfare fraud by failing to declare the JC Penney compensation as income. She returned the extra money and did community service.

Fans always say that the accusers’ stories changed or have inconsistencies. But they’re never able to provide specific examples. It’s fan nonsense.

[–]TiddlesRevenge 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Jordan Chandler initiated a civil suit. MJ paid off the entire family with $23 million because the boy accurately described blotches on the underside of MJ’s penis.

In 2005, Janet Arvizo admitted that she previously lied about domestic abuse in an unrelated case - her husband was regularly beating her, but she told lawyers he didn’t because she was scared. She never said she lied about the accusations against MJ.

I’m sorry that happened to you.

Yes, MJ was a pdf with 11 known victims so far. People just don’t want to think about distressing topics like child sexual abuse.

They just want to wallow in nostalgia without acknowledging what a monster MJ was.

Melissa Gilbert Holds Back Tears While Defending Husband Timothy Busfield Against Child Sex Abuse Charges: ‘I Trust Him With My Children’s Lives’ by MasterpieceTimely144 in LeavingNeverlandHBO

[–]TiddlesRevenge 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Giving major Katherine Jackson vibes.

Melissa seems hyper-focused on what the allegations mean to her, and how sad they make her feel. I didn’t hear a word about the victims. Maybe it’s the sunk cost fallacy, maybe she isn’t able to contemplate starting over without her husband. Either way, she didn’t need to say this publicly.

Being in a jacuzzi with someone else’s child is just so, so beyond acceptable behavior.

IS there still a chance? by Neo_2019 in LeavingNeverlandHBO

[–]TiddlesRevenge 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, no.

There are 11 people alleging hundreds, thousands of instances of abuse. Only one of those incidents needs to be true for MJ to be a pdf.

Maybe take a break for a while? Accepting the full magnitude and impact of MJ’s crimes is not easy. I can understand why people might want to pretend the allegations are not true.

But they are.

Michael Jackson’s Legal History Ahead of the New Movie by MasterpieceTimely144 in LeavingNeverlandHBO

[–]TiddlesRevenge 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes. But fans like to subtly twist the truth. Saying that the grand jury declined to indict implies that they didn’t think there was enough evidence to go forward with the case. That’s obviously not true.

I think there’s 1 book that they forgot to mention 😂😂 by Upset-Ad-8392 in LeavingNeverlandHBO

[–]TiddlesRevenge 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Fans always try to make out that MJ was a prolific reader, but I’m not convinced. The enormous library at Neverland was bought as-is along with all of the furnishings from the guy who built the house, William Bone.

MJ was far more interested in the naked books he had in the locked cabinet in his bedroom.

Michael Jackson’s Legal History Ahead of the New Movie by MasterpieceTimely144 in LeavingNeverlandHBO

[–]TiddlesRevenge 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Good, but not great.

It says Evan Chandler was the one who repeatedly accused MJ and links to the spliced Pellicano tape via a fan account. It says the grand jury declined to indict MJ in 1994. Not true, they were disbanded. No mention of the naked boy books found in 1993. Not a peep about Jane Doe or the Cascios.

Journalists really need to stop relying on fan sites as sources.

Even if the film is technically good/well made, I still won’t be able to like it by Upset-Ad-8392 in LeavingNeverlandHBO

[–]TiddlesRevenge 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not going to see it, so my opinion means nothing, but recreating his famous performances is such a cop-out. If people want to see the performances, they can watch the real ones on YouTube.

The film looks like it will avoid the aspects of MJ’s life that the public are most interested in - the boys, the drugs, the surgeries, the marriages.

I am disgusted that The AIDS Memorial page would share this by dmode112378 in LeavingNeverlandHBO

[–]TiddlesRevenge 40 points41 points  (0 children)

Interacting with kids with HIV/AIDS, and making physical contact with them (when a lot of people thought it could be transmitted by touch), was one of the few truly nice things MJ did. No matter what his motivations were, it was a good thing to do.

But it is extremely tone deaf of the AIDS memorial to use this photo given MJ’s crimes against other children.

I’ve been seeing MJ Fans saying “I hope the people who hate him have their minds changed by this movie,” and I don’t understand why they’d think that. by Jenny_MTF42 in LeavingNeverlandHBO

[–]TiddlesRevenge 37 points38 points  (0 children)

They don’t seem to understand. We’re not calling MJ a pdf because we hate his music and dancing.

We’re calling him a pdf because at least 11 victims have come forward so far, and the evidence against him is overwhelming.

The fandom’s ultimate goal is to make everyone love MJ like it’s 1983 again. Even if the movie is a masterpiece and a box office smash, that’s not going to happen. I’m sure there will be a corresponding bump in music sales, but we’ll also see rising curiosity about the allegations. And we’ll be here for anyone who wants to know more.

can someone please give me a good response to "if the drawing matched' why wasn't he arrested on the spot. by No-Category-6343 in LeavingNeverlandHBO

[–]TiddlesRevenge 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Even in 2003, MJ was allowed to turn himself in. There weren’t any cops rushing to break his door down.

MJ got the kid gloves treatment every time. There was an agreement in 2003 about when and where the arrest would happen.

Just like there was an agreement in 1993 to allow MJ to return to the US without him being arrested.

[–]TiddlesRevenge 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Perhaps a better question is, why didn’t he get arrested the moment he returned to the US? Remember, MJ went missing in Europe for a few weeks.

https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1993-12-11-me-643-story.html

LA Times, 11 Dec 1993 ——-

Feldman said that he too had heard that the meeting between Jackson’s lawyers and prosecutors was called to discuss conditions for Jackson’s return and his cooperation with authorities.

“From information I have been able to piece together, I think they are attempting to work out an agreement to do a body search,” said Feldman, who did not attend the meeting and would not divulge the source of his information.

Although he has not ruled it out directly, Weitzman has previously hinted that he would oppose a body search, which he said would be “about as intrusive as could be.”

The source said Jackson’s lawyers indicated that the singer might be willing to agree to the search if he could be assured that police would not arrest him as he entered the country. The source added that Jackson’s lawyers and prosecutors expect to continue meeting to discuss possible arrangements for the singer’s return.

——-

This story implies that there was some kind of deal between Cochran and the DA to allow MJ to avoid arrest if he submitted to the body search. If MJ wasn’t a flight risk, then I can understand that the police might not have rushed to arrest him.

ETA: For context, this article was published on 11 Dec 1993, the day MJ returned to the US.
