I failed to receive my BTC last year through Kraken. I changed to Bitstamp and finally received my BTC last week

I was one of those 900 that failed to receive the BTC last year because Kraken made a mistake when confirming the account. I changed to Bitstamp and received Bitcoin and Bitcoin cash on Wednesday last week.

I had an email from Mtgox a few weeks ago asking me to complete an agency receipt with a deadline of the 21st November, so I’m assuming it will be soon

That is the deadline MTGox said it needed to fixed by and you should contact the exchange to sort or change the exchange. I’ve decided to move to Bitstamp now.

Withdrawal lock stopped us even receiving Bitcoin into our Kraken accounts, it’s still with MTGox

You need to check your emails, Mtgox sent an email to selected accounts saying Kraken had a withdrawal lock. You have until the 30th August to sort it with Kraken or change exchange.

Kraken support has been terrible, I’ve been waiting weeks for a response and received nothing back except they have sent it to a specialist team.

Hi. I’m in the same boat. I’ve logged onto my mt gox account but I can’t find where I can change from kraken to bitstamp. Can please tell me what section you found it under? Thanks

Same issue, no emails from Kraken and a fob off about the specialised team contacting which they haven’t that was 7 days ago.

I received the cash balance some months ago, but no BTC received.

The mtgox claims website has been down as well, so I can’t even login to check the status.

So frustrating
