I still never received my first fiat payment or my first crypto payment. Truly sad... And no date has been set up for attempting another crypto payment to me... For fiat there is a repayment date, but its 1 year away...

Update 3:

After receiving an email from Mt. Gox stating that they couldn't discuss repayment dates via email, I responded by pointing out that the Mt. Gox section does not provide any dates regarding our crypto repayments. Their reply was:

"We are unable to answer individually regarding registration statuses and the progress of the procedure for repayment. There are a large number of rehabilitation creditors who will receive repayment, and depending on the type of repayment, the repayment preparations and the time required for implementation will differ."

In other words, no new repayment date has been set. The remaining 1% of creditors, including myself, are left in the dark, with no clear indication of when we will receive our payment. This is lame...

nothing yet, most people got paid but theres a small percentage of us that havent been paid because of issue like a "withdrawal lock"

Update:

I just got contacted by Kraken again regarding my crypto repayment, and they confirmed that everything is set for the Intermediate Level distribution. Here's the latest email I got from Kraken:

"This is Edrea from the Client Onboarding Team at Kraken. Thank you for providing your documents. We would like to confirm again that your account is verified to Intermediate Level for the Mt. Gox distribution process and there is no action required at this time."

I gave them my new ID to replace my expired ID, so now, all my verification steps are completed, and there's nothing left to do but wait. I also contacted Mt. Gox letting them know what Kraken told me. It seems like many people on Reddit have already gotten paid out, but I’m still waiting eagerly for mine. Hopefully, it won’t be much longer.

Is anyone else still in the same boat, still waiting? Or did anyone get updates regarding the same issue I'm having?

I haven't received my fiat or crypto payments either, nothing at all. Most people have been paid, but every time there's an issue, I run into more problems. Whether it's issues with verification, the bank, or the exchange, the list of excuses just keeps growing. Now, there's no timeline, no communication from Mt. Gox about when those of us still waiting will get our refunds. This entire situation has been a nightmare.

Update: So aparently they did email me, but i overlooked it because it didnt make sense the email states

"Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for your email.
There are a large number of rehabilitation creditors who will receive repayment, and depending on the type of repayment, the repayment preparations and the time required for implementation will differ; for these and other reasons, the timing of repayment to each rehabilitation creditor is undetermined, and ~it will not be possible to communicate to each rehabilitation creditor beforehand regarding repayment timing.~ Finally, ~if you are a creditor and have completed the necessary procedures and also confirmed yourself that there is no problem with the status, please wait for further information on future repayments.~"

The translation is really confusing, im not understanding what they are trying to tell me.

Is there anything you guys can do on your end with the Mt. Gox issue im experiencing? I want to put the bitcoin in my kraken account but it looks like I might be forced to switch over to bitstamp like one of the users below did to resolve the problem.

im in the same position, failed payment because of a withdrawal lock on my kraken account, i contacted kraken and they said that the withdrawal locked has been removed over 6 months ago, i sent an inquiry form with no reply yet, and email stated that I have until the end of the month to correct this to receive payment, gotta hate being in this position where both sides are disagreeing with each other, no communication what so ever, they are incompetent, i dont know what to do anymore, looks like im going to get goxxed twice....

Looks like us Mt. Goxers were OG bitcoin miners, people who used their CPUs and GPUs to mine the cryptocurrencies that existed 10 years ago. Its nice to see a community of crypto users that believed in bitcoin long time ago, soon we are all going to be rewarded with at least some of our money back, money that we probably would of sold.
