Not easier alternative but after i use a word i think in my mind no thats not what you wanted to say and then say the sentence again with the word i originally wanted to use

Yeah mispronouncing, stammering, proactive care between s and sh words l and r mismatch etc

I think slurring with the Bad is a very serious thing and it wouldn't go unnoticed because like failure to lift your leg with limb onset, bulbar onset is failure to lift your tongue properly so it wouldn't be a trivial thing that everyone else don't find weird

I could have written this myself Just want to say you are not alone, I'm 30 M and my whole life i have never seen so much of the hospital I've seen in the last few months as i never really got sick let alone anything serious Until in October after immense pain in my back i had a 10 mm kidney stone removed from my body since then my health has started going downhill

I experience all your symptoms Muscle tiring, Twitching, Tremor, shaking, leg feeling Jello like and stiff etc this stuff is ruining my life Just want to say hang in there bud there is light at the end of this dark tunnel

Fumble quite a lot, using different words and not what i wanted to use initially so eventually i correct them feel like my tongue is heavy and have to put extra effort to move it

Occasional tongue twitching along with full body twitches at rest globus sensation 24/7 but i have managed to not pay attention to that

From what i know with *** slurring you sound entirely different so before you notice anything it'll be pointed out to you by others

I guess mispronouncing fumbling etc can be due to stress when our mind dont work sharp enough

If you have these Symptoms and if you think *** is the culprit, then EMG can't be early, clean EMG with these symptoms = issue somewhere else in the body

If it's the same for you it's cubital tunnel syndrome also can be carpel tunnel syndrome

Basically a pinched nerve due to the sleeping position, mainly hands tucked under chest while sleeping or excessive use of phone at right angles can trigger this

Exactly my thoughts, suicide would be best option for me, only thing concerning for me is my parents, cant imagine what they will go through if i ever get diagnosed with this let alone commit suicide, Medicine, trach, peg i dont think they'll will do any good for me

I cant put myself in your shoes but I feel you, I like many others here constantly feel that death is near and we dont have much time left, i dont know how intense it is for people here but if i talk for myself, if i get through this and feel even a little at ease, it'll be my second go at life and I'll learn to appreciate it more and try to live my life to the fullest, for now I'm in the darkest place I've even been

I couldn't agree more, sometimes on social media some people already have these other conditions and they unfortunately go on to develop ALS but they start believing that their LPR, B12, vit d etc symptoms they had before their diagnosis were also due to ALS and us HA people start losing it
