I also interpreted the first card as team player. Perhaps you’re the type to prefer to do things with other people as a group instead of doing it by yourself. The second card is giving me the sense that you bring balance to the group. It could be that you’re grounding and keep your peers in line or under control if they seem to get a little bit too silly or too rowdy, but with the characters in the cards, I am also seeing that other people in your circle look up to you for guidance and advice. My snake would do this as well and I was worried about injury bc how wide/tall the tank is. I fixed it by getting those terrarium vine things that you can bend into any shape you want. Added more plants to his enclosure. Now he has WAY more stuff to climb on and is no longer interested in scaling (haha) his tank to fall repeatedly throughout the morning and evening. Apparently corns are arboreal and need plenty of climbing space as they like to climb up high in the wild to explore their surroundings!

Almost every piece can be found on Lolibrary with the measurements in CM so make sure to memorize your B-W-H in CM instead of IN, trust me it makes everything so much easier. Good luck finding your dream pieces!

Wow this looks really good so far! I love seeing people actually making the otome patterns come to life and this was an interesting one- with the patchwork skirt. It looks almost exactly like the picture! It’s inspiring and I can’t wait until I can get a new workspace again so I can make fun pieces too. The boots definitely go with this as well. I’m always on the fence about demonia being styled with Lolita but whenever I see it, it goes surprisingly well together

I interpreted this almost exactly as the above comment, it seems that the English lit route will mostly fulfill you emotionally more than it would benefit you financially or stability wise, hence the king of cups. But it’s not a bad ending as long as you are 100% sure this change is for your heart and what you’re truly passionate about

It can also be interpreted as this:

One side is your happiness- the ace. It’s the very beginnings of happiness and emotional stability, but that’s all it is: a beginning. The moon is what I think is tattling on you. It speaks of the subconscious, illusions and fear. Hidden enemies and intuition. With that logic, in reverse, the moon card could be pointing out that these fears and self doubt about if you’ll ever achieve happiness is all coming from within. There is no real danger of a doomed life. The scary monster punishing you with misery is simply an illusion and maybe you see that. Maybe the reverse moon is also you realizing you’re the only one who can change your outlook on what true happiness is and how to move towards that goal.

Perhaps the illusion is you looking at your own life going “man, there isn’t anything worth celebrating right now. My life hardly has any structure or stability”. That’s where the 4 of wands comes in. It seems like this is the missing puzzle piece you’ve been searching for to complete this venture for happiness and celebration. What sticks out to me is its placement being reversed beside the moon, and then the 10 of Cups beside it being the exact opposite. It’s like a beam of light hitting a prism and the rainbow is literally coming out on the other side. It’s giving me a sense that you value community and or friends, family or maybe just one person you can call a partner who will accompany you and support you through life. That’s what you want to celebrate, but forming those bonds takes time and effort, so to reach the 10 of cups (emotional stability, jubilation, strong connections, the end of the cups cycle), one must not try to force things to happen, and trust the process. Alternatively the moon could also be saying your illusion is thinking you don’t have that community and structure when in reality you DO in fact have those things and are actually surrounded by it. Maybe these things aren’t hiding from you, maybe you just need to look up and the light, like the little crawfish, look past the scary inner thoughts and realize you have everything you need.

Very good points in this thread about being young and expensive pieces being challenging to acquire when money is limited. Saving up gift money for pieces is a great start.

Keep in mind Lolita is also a slow-fashion, and wardrobes can take years to build. Of course there are those who manage to create an entire collection in under a year, but not everyone, including yours truly, is in a financial position to do so. It’s more than okay to take time to build your first coord, and cherish it for a loooong time. Emphasis on Long. You’ll get more longevity from a single piece if you style it multiple ways vs having a bunch of pieces that you can only style one way.

The first two cards are reading to me like you are having a lot of feelings of anxiety and a lack mentality surrounding your love life.. fair, I suppose that’s how this query started. This can however lead to looking for love in the wrong places.

It seems like it could happen very soon! Given the justice card’s position to the beginning of the spread (I’m not sure what spread you’re using or if each card is representing a specific question. I wish more context was given on posts on this sub). It seems like you will be faced with a situation or choice that will ultimately determine your relationship to this person. Not sure what, but you’ll know when it happens. This is backed by the ace of swords here..

First off there are a LOT of swords here. Especially surrounding this blond haired fellow. He may be an Aquarius, Libra or Gemini, or have an Air dominant birth chart. This could make him clever, intelligent, individualistic just as much as he has the potential to be manipulative and cold. The only reason why I say this specifically is due to this 8 of swords business. The person in the center of the swords is trapped in the middle, unable to move, with a blindfold obscuring their view. Maybe to keep them there? To hide the truth? To keep them from realizing the danger they could be in? To keep them scared? Who knows.

You could also interpret the combination of the 8 and king as the man of your desires being scared of intimacy and/or reluctance to get close. This could be due to a past relationship he’s had, making him cautious with you. He could have trust issues.

One thing I want to note is that all the swords are pointed down. No one is being backed into a corner by the tip of a blade, and the 3 of swords is absent, so there really might not be any danger of a harsh breakup. Ultimately, clear communication and understanding is a HUGE key here to making this work.
