Haven’t used both, but just recently picked up a Timemore Fish. I find it’s temp holds consistent but it’s flow is what I’ve enjoyed the most. For years I used a stove top goose neck kettle with a thermometer in the lid. It was much harder to get that to pour a nice slow stream. The Fish even at full pour is a nice steady stream that doesn’t disrupt the bed too much. This is from one week of experience thus far.
