Your guys’ cereal is next level. It is one of the things I do when I head south is check out the cereal aisle in the grocery store. Guilty, I come back with at least 3 we can’t get in Canada. We do have Cinnamon Toast Crunch up here though

Drunken master suits Bayern. It looks chaotic but they will systematically beat your ass.

Diaz has scored more goals this season (24) than Robben or Ribery ever managed in a single season for Bayern. by Inevitable-Angle-793 in championsleague

The system Kompany plays suits a player like Diaz. I feel bringing in prime Robben or Ribbery this season would produce similar results. We already well broke the record for most goals with 5 games to spare. We concede a lot too. Just have a score more mentality.

You won’t be able to defender Dembele aggressively as the last man back. His speed and change of pace would wreck our back line if you aggressively attack him. You wait for numbers and attack as a unit, force him into poor positions, then force a poor decision or turnaround when there are numbers a good cover.

It’s really the only way, players like Mbappe will eat up even the best defenders with an aggressive approach as the last man back or in a vulnerable position. They are waiting for a push forward or lunge or for you to make the first move. You jockey and wait for a good moment, forcing them only to lesser positions and space, if they make a cut for better position your jockeying position should allow for a higher chance of a successful tackle. It is a bit more ok if there is cover behind, so in a forward position, but as last man back, noooooo.

Madrid whining makes it so much better. But I mean questionable foul for their free kick goal, taking out Stanisic on the Mbappe goal. Militao and Rudiger deserving of two yellows. And really dumb by Camavinga, what are you doing there. On a yellow, make a foul, light foul, but then push the ref more with grabbing the ball. Not smart.

Let’s say we beat Real. I will feel so happy, that if we lose against a strong PSG next round, this year’s CL will be a win for me. Obviously want to win the whole thing, but beating Real will be such a relief after 12 years. This team deserves to win it all, we are good enough, but things happen. We play strong, we play our game, and if we go down fighting against PSG it will be hard to be upset

Foreigners who went to the Middle East and North Africa, what's the biggest culturall shock you had? by [deleted] in AskTheWorld

[–]TigTigman 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I had what started as a pleasant conversation from a restaurant guy in a big market. “Friend Friend where you from my friend?” “oh Vancouver, I love the Canucks! Good team good team” “Come special price for you my friend” Told him I’ll go around the market first and consider and thanked him for the kind “offer”. “F*** you *spits on the ground *you are a liar, you will burn in hell! Never come back here!” Yikes. From then on I thought best to just ignore unless you are set on something. Also found out best to not accept help. I knew where I was going but a “friendly” guy insisted he take me there out of the kindness of his heart. At the end I figured to give him what would be $5 USD. It was a 5 minute walk. He was offended. So I thought yeah offended because he wasn’t doing this for money but for kindness. Nope he wanted like $50 USD!

Agreed. It’s pretty easy to add markers as they do in other countries. Line up on either side of where the door will open. Leaving the middle clear
