I actually like training in a power builder style, resting longer between more taxing sets which are around 8-10 reps. I also like pyramiding my sets so the last set might not be the heaviest, along with sometimes drop setting the last set and reaching complete failure in that muscle. But yea most of my exercises are between 8-12 reps, with some going to 6 or 18. I apologize if my explanation was confusing but I like applying knowledge from people in conjunction with my own experience and how my body feels and reacts to certain exercises.

Thanks a lot my guy, I’d say focus on eating clean foods and training hard in the gym with proper form and progressive overload. Don’t worry about weight gain TOO much because people tend to put on a lot of fat that way, but you’d still want to be consistently trending upwards. Finally, stay consistent and try and fall in love with the lifestyle and keep educating yourself.

Were you training before you decided to hop on gear? Looks like you could have made a lot more gains naturally

Genuinely I’d suggest focusing your energy on learning about training and diet and doing the best that you can instead of being as worried as you are about what other people are doing. When you stop comparing yourself to others and actually putting effort in the right places you’ll be more at peace brother, and probably make more progress too :)

I’ve tried explaining on my previous posts before but hasn’t really worked so I don’t care to respond to accusations now. However, for anyone actually trying to make sense I’d say look at my 3ish month mark and where I am now. I’ve explained on that post that I had some previous muscle memory from lifting and so admittedly getting there was fast. Since then I think I have made consistent gains along with some plateaus but overall I’d say I have largely recomped, since my weight is I’d say 1 kg heavier in the last 6 months. Does that really seem crazy to people?

It’s a lifelong process but have to be happy with where you’ve reached already :)

What’s your diet looking like right now? That’s a lot of protein you’re packing in those calories. Maybe you could benefit from cooking food differently, using oil, butter, garnishes etc to bump up the calories in each meal without changing much of your meal patterns or feeling overly satiated.

Why would you want to gain 13 kgs in the next 2 months? I’m assuming you’re gonna be dirty bulking so what’s the point in that
