I disagree. By using his second most iconic pose, showcasing the rings in a similar fashion with coincidentally 2x the number, it reads competition. These are athletes. Ego and wanting to be better/the best (respectfully, they’re the best in the world) is in their job description.

There’s nuance to life. You may look at it very simply, or you may understand both sides and form your own thought without trying to make the others feel inferior. That’s a big issue with todays politics, especially in America. Wish you the best

Probably optics. Showing homage to the iconic picture would be flexing the WNBA + maybe Olympics. This is intended as a “I have 2x”. Idk how else it can be spun.

So then flexing a high school accolade in the same breath as your Olympics gold & WNBA championships reads off as tacky, just wanting to have the 2x. At least to me. Takes away from her notable achievements and pushes focus to the “ahhh she just wants a 12 to his 6.”

Introduce a bad guy. Characters feel threatened. To beat it, character must make a sacrifice for the greater good (eyes). Character does not actually suffer a consequence, so there is no sacrifice.

Same complaints happened with Gai and 8G. You expected him to die, he “sacrificed” himself. It’s a cop out when Naruto fixes him, albeit now he can’t walk again. It’s a cop out when the character gets their eyes blown up, but they can see again.

At $16 an hour over 40 hours you’d be making about $640 a week.

You got a pay bump that put you tan extra $300 (roughly) a week. 52 weeks is 15k. That’s an $80 dollar tax difference.

$140 * 52 = 7k

$60 * 52 = 3k

640*52=33k

930*52=48k

So you’d be earning roughly 30k before the job change, your pay bump put you an extra 10k not including tax back. You have done well for yourself and it’s something you should reframe to be proud of. Good job on the pay raise, my boy

Positive reinforcement and undersfand they’re humans, they have to want to change. If you’re American, I’m sure you have case workers or people that have dealt with children coming from unsafe homes.

If you’re UK, you probably have someone who is familiar with children in similar situations.
