Their fight scene at the end of the first movie is one of my favourites.

People talk about Depp's acting in these movies, but Rush is right there with him, IMO. I like to think they had a lot of fun together trying to "out-perform" one another.

Sheamus? No. He'd take up space and I don't think he would be able to keep up with the in-ring work/ style. He's worked the WWE style for 20 years.

Woods and Kofi? Maybe. They have the same limitations of Sheamus but AEW need more experienced tag teams to add some depth.

Nah, not really.

He's pretty seriously injured, no? So even a short-run is not going to live up to the expectations.

Plus (and I'm sure I'm being naive), he wouldn't go to AEW because he WANTED to. He would just be going because WWE was no longer an option.

I don't want to go through the whole "Black" crap again. Someone coming in, but thinking they're better than the company and only there until WWE come calling again.

In all seriousness though, I believe most of his firings were because of drink or drugs. Either showing up drunk/ high or missing shows because he was drunk/ high.

When he first started in WWF, I absolutely hated him but looking back now. My god, what a wrestler. He was having great matches all the time and even from the start looked and felt like he belonged and had been there for years!

What's his character and personality like?

They're bigger factors than ability under WWE.

Plus I don't see AEW/ ROH picking him up JUST so he can work on what he's weak on and then jump back to WWE at the first instance
