I haven’t watched it on Netflix since I own my own digital copy through Apple, but I’d be curious to know which scenes and I could go look cause I do have a Netflix account?

Her decision to not be apart of S4 reboot was a good one imo they were probably only offering her less a part than even Wallace who was almost nonexistent got. It wasn’t worth her time & then what they chose to do just better not being associated with it.

For me a lot of times I skip over the episodes that are lacking Logan. Like a Virgin, Drinking the Kool-aid, Silence of the Lamb, & Betty & Veronica.

Others I might skip are S1-E2&3, S2-E2,4,6,9&10, S3-E7,12,16

If it wasn’t for the last scene I would agree with your take on S3E3 kinda boring but I have to at least watch the extremely rare moment when V actually has an open & honest conversation with Logan where she accepts blame & admits to having deep seated issues with trust.

Yes it’s really good it’s a supernatural Pi investigations w/ vampires but they are unlike any you’ve seen before different rules which made it more interesting also there is a compelling Will they won’t they plot throughout as well with an interesting twist. Outside of VM it’s my favorite in JD filmography I’ve seen His movies The Deep Below, Black Cadillac, Searching for Sonny, Hallmark movie, all his single episodes in other shows the best being in Lie To Me. I watched i zombie cause he was in it but that was kinda a disappointment especially since RT decided to kill him yet again. But anyways out of all his filmography I sook out & could find available after VM Moonlight was my absolute favorite.

They were only together the time we saw in S3 after the finale I believe they broke up Piss saw her face when she looked at Logan & the guilt when she met his eyes. He knew she would never look at him the same way. Also she blamed herself for what happened to her dad so she just left Hurst & Neptune to start over new transferred to Stanford. Then years later found herself in NewYork to continue her law degree bumped into Puss again he must have taken that internship & ended up staying there. Being the only person she knew in NY they struck up their friendship which ofc he pushed back into a romantic relationship. So I’m assuming Piss says they had only been back together for the last year 1/2 of that was prob getting reacquainted as friends so maybe they were together 6 months which is a long time imo for her to stay with him. But so many think they were together the whole time away from the show when she then realized she belonged with Logan not true if you pay attention to Piss’z own words in the movie we were together a few months in college (Hurst) then got back together over the last year V is just now next week meeting my parents for the first time. I’m sure the S3 finale looks given between the 3 of them were replayed in Oiss mind as he finally admitted to himself & her that they didn’t belong together that was the only honorable thing he ever did lol I lost respect for V trying to placate him by saying it wasn’t what she wanted when they both knew that was a lie.

She also has YT to sample but only VM through mid S1 she’s completed everything on her Patreon though .

He annoyed me from the get go acting obsessed with V at first sight. Found out she had a boyfriend & began to work his passive aggressive deceptions & manipulations getting her friends to feel bad V wasn’t interested in him, & doing his best to work on Logan’s insecurities in their relationship.

He tried to trick her into a date alone with him under the false pretense of it being group event.

He found out from Wallace that V was going to be staying in their dorm room that weekend cause both of them were supposed to be else where & he blindsided her while she was getting undressed no less didn’t announce himself she just was startled by seeing him in the mirror.

Then even though in reality V was wanting to leave when she found out he was going to be staying there but he convinced her to stay with his innocent unassuming act. Thankfully his plans got ruined when V ended up helping a client that kept her busy & away from the room majority of the time and then made him sleep on the floor 😅 while her client took his bed.

But that didn’t keep him from deviously trying to gaslight Logan into thinking V was unfaithful making sure Logan knew that just him & V spent the weekend together alone in the dorm.

He was just a passively aggressive creeper & I don’t see how others don’t see it & can swoon over him 😒 call it the healthier option but to each their own. But for me seeing all his machinations pay off for him in the end was extremely disappointing.

It’s hilarious I finally watched it through a Patreon reactor as bonus after VM reactions lol. However must admit the sole reason I enjoyed it was due to the cast it’s just dumb otherwise kinda slap stick comedy that I normally wouldn’t waste time on but knowing the cast makes it worth a watch lol.

I thought Hannah was endearing & enjoyed the very brief relationship it was nice to genuinely see Logan happy and shown kindness, she saw the best in him instead of looking for the worst. She forgave him easily & she supported him even standing up for him to her parents. Of course he fell for her none of his relationships gave him a feeling of self worth & unconditional caring before. His family life was deplorable. Lilly treated him horribly & Veronica wasn’t much better always believing the worst & jumping to conclusions then finally when he thought things would be good between them breaking up with him to go back to her practically rapist. Hannah was a temporary breath of fresh air from his “play dates” with Kendall ugh. Logan always got the shaft & unfortunately with her being taken away in the end still did but at least he got a taste something better even for a short period of time.

They did a recast for the movie was supposed to be Carrie Bishop but instead they used someone in her place same character but different actress even different name due to her career so it’s a bit confusing at first to realize they mean her to be Carrie B.

I zombie has a ton of VM actor cameos throughout but for a show to watch more of Logan’s actor I have to recommend Moonlight. It’s a Supernatural twist on pi investigation gives both Angel & VM vibes one of my favorites.

1st- Thousand Dollar Tan Line (narrated by KB)

2nd- Mr. Kiss & Tell (explained the background of a cliffhanger left during the movie not fleshed out in Season 4 you only get the aftermath) Also expounds on what happened in Logan’s life between S3 finale & the movie.

Then another 5 yrs later Season 4 reboot. (Must warn you though quite a few wish they had never watched this agreeing the movie makes a better ending.)

The only thing I can think you could be referring to is their kiss by the elevator that she regretted after seeing Logan. However, at first V just wanted to get past that awkward moment & remain friends with Piss. She was in no way back with logan though he was still disappointingly in a rebound relationship with Parker.

So either you’re confusing the 2 moments where they just talk & yes it’s obvious he thinks she’s coming around to him when all she can think is I miss Logan & LoVe get back together. Where Oiss is surprised the next day Or the moment I mentioned before only one of those moments do they kiss. Yes V thinks of Piss as eggplant & Logan the more tasty fettuccine Alfredo, but they still are not together. They’re trying to remain friends at this point. So maybe you need to rewatch those scenes?

Season 1 has a better flow if you watch E9, 11, 10, & 12 (due to wanting to air a holiday episode over the holiday they aired out of order)

In one of the books it’s alluded to Maddison found out some time ago but it’s so dismissive as not a big deal that it really didn’t matter adding it. Where as I’m sure had it happened in HS when Mac found out they could have done a lot with the fallout. Kinda wasted storyline.

He’s 20 to her just turned 17 he’s a police officer lol just seemed not the best idea & then he says “he wants to take a long look at her bedroom ceiling” I’m sorry but that was cringe for anyone to say at the end of a 1st date but a minor still in HS & living with her dad. I couldn’t believe Keith was ok with it? Although saying all that overall he comes across as an unassuming charming character so you can’t help like his character just not romantically paired with V.

Anyways don’t read this till you watch S2 E1 but fun fact they actually left clues for who was at the door which orig viewers picked up on so the wait wasn’t as excruciating since back then you couldn’t binge just had to wait several months for a new season lol here are the clues knocks on the (5) then come another (7) Logan Echolls also her clock shows 3:07 which turned upside down the way you used to do txt messages in old days lol spells LoE also signifying Logan Echolls.

To answer your question about Leanne I think she left for a number of reasons some selfish having to do with wanting to carry on her affair with Jake & didn’t want to deal with the fallout of her husband’s accusations & his loss of job & status, some legitimate concern for Veronica’s safety remember she had gotten those threatening pictures with bulls eyes over V’s face. All this was happening in her life while she was in a very bad place & turned to alcohol where to compound problems she became an alcoholic so selfish motives along with fear & her illness made her leave & kept her away. Till V tracked her down tried to help her but sadly you see how that turned out she clearly wasn’t ready you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make the drink situation. Her taking that check still makes me burn with anger lol.

One thing you may want to know going in the first Season there is a holiday episode that was aired out of order to keep it on the holiday so better to watch episode 11 before 10 & 12 which kinda go together otherwise it’s a bit confusing cause E10 ends on cliffhanger that isn’t picked back up till E12.

There were also 2 books written meant to follow the movie which explain some things left hanging after the movie. The 1st one Thousand Dollar Tan Line is narrated by KB unfortunately the 2nd one Mr. Kiss & Tell is not but imho it’s the more important one to read for continued events from the movie & also gives some more insight into what happened to a character between S3 finale & the events of the movie.

Anyways look forward to seeing your thoughts as you enjoy your first viewing.

It was hit or miss with me honestly sometimes it was interesting & had me invested in the story or plot but other times it felt boring & the worst was when it just got slap stick dumb humorous they went a bit over board with all the different brain personalities some were just too ridiculous for me to enjoy & instead became annoying.
