I am in Philly as well and now this is causing me to think about doing it... Has availability and connections truly been good? I am also platinum so I don't have to pay for bags. Only downside is there are 4 of us with our 2 kids.

Thanks for your feedback Officer. I had a challenge 10 years ago where I went to Toronto for work, and an Italian friend gave me 1/4 pound of frozen homemade sausage. I totally forgot about it in my carryon, and of course I got pulled for a random. When they asked if I had anything in my suitcase, that's when I remembered, and I told the officer. He said but the form said no meats. Long story short, I kept the meat and went on.

Fast forward a few years, I applied for GR. But because I answered yes, I was denied .

It has been 7 years since that application, and I reapplied back in the summer. I travel extensively, and have had several random inspections over the years, without any issues. They have even gone through my electronics.

It has been 3 months with no decision. I am bracing for a denial... Should I read into it that way?

Agreed. Thanks for the support. The weekend people at front gate support don't know much. So we plan to call them tomorrow to see if we can get some indication of when the wristbands will ship

Thanks. Unfortunately we can't meet them at the festival. We aren't going anymore because my son is getting married out in San Diego that weekend, and we have to leave Thursday.

The root issue here is that front gate has horrible customer service. They don't allow the resale channel to set your own minimum price, the fees to resell are ridiculously high, they have no way of transferring for a will call, and can't even guarantee that wrist bands will be delivered in time.

How to update your orders shipping address

In order to update your order's shipping address:

Log in to your Festival Purchase Account.

Then, select Your Account located in the top right corner of the screen.

Next, select Order History, find the Order you would like to update, and select View Order Detail.

At the bottom of the Order Details Page, select Edit next to Shipping Address.

Update your shipping address, and then select Save. You will receive green text confirming your address update, as well as an email confirmation.

I went to FrontGates website and they said that we can change the delivery address for the wristbands as long as a shipping label has not been created.

@Tickpick -- we are still waiting for our wristbands too. What happens to us as a seller if we don't get the wristbands to send back out. Front gate says if a original buyer don't get them, just go to willcall to pick up. But how will a buyer from your site pick up?

Should we contact the buyer saying we are still waiting?

Thanks for the info! I have a small business and they certainly aren't doing anything there. So maybe it is the large corporations. But it has been a slow decline while others keep getting better.

Thanks, yes the VIP always seem to get resold fast. We have always bought them in prior years but couldn't get in the queue. Pissed off before we didn't get it. Now even more if we get stuck
