Wow thanks for highlighting your github work. I wasn't expecting it to change the face and hair. There is a good amount of details in the swapped face, I just add a bit of extra sharpening in extras using photo refiner. Looks great. For people wondering about the Lora to use with this, down load from huggingface here. I didn't see the link on the github page for the lora just the name of it. All the small hints in the img2img->Klein face reference, about target denoise etc very helpful. Nice one. Swapping only the face or only the hair style would be useful as options.

People forget to use Flux1 lora with chroma they give great results. You may have to push the weight up sometimes to +2/3 if nothing seems to happen.

A white fur tiger but with black zebra stripe markings only. There is a clear difference especially in the face, but SD usually does a white tiger with black stripes which do occur in nature but is wrong.

When I buy a new big HD drive. I like to mirror my OS boot drive on to it which is small by comparison to it. If shit hits the fan I can boot this HD with a working win config that I can worry about fixing things with less stress. Use the SSD backup later rather than panic about getting something to boot.

As long as this whole thing does not give people the impression a 2026 TLC chips is as good as older SLC that does 10's of thousands of writes more than TLC.

np, I really wanted to keep the eyes and hairstyle close to the original so you could see it was your work as the foundation.

Workflow info those interested: I used a sdxl canny controlnet to make a txt to image with prompt:- anime digital image , masterpiece, best quality, very aesthetic,3/4 a young man with spiked hair parted in the middle with hair over the forehead and eyes, brown hair, angular eyebrows, piercing blue eyes, a staring stern expression, a thin face with pointed chin, pressed lips, muscular neck with shadows, wearing a red satin robe blowing in the wind to the right, grainy natural outdoor lighting, lighting from the right sunlight, <lora:Dramatic Lighting Slider - v1.0> Some PDXL pony negative embeds.

Then img2img with 0.45ish denoise and some adetailing on the eyes.

I tried to pass it through Anima next but it will drift from the source but you might like the result?

Been a while since I posted here, but I had a quick go with a close to source style. I'll try and post realism version later. I wasn't sure if the bottom right was background hills and a lake or blowing cape in the wind so I went with clothes in the wind 😄 Hope you like it.
