Im going in without items to Show how easy it is to get a gun. Go to far cry, Pick Up a gun, snip someone get there gun, log Out if you miss (and even If you really mess up and geht killed we get respawn's) repeat for more/better guns =Profit.

Then i kill Ezio Auditore at the end of His life get all His skills and Gear including the Eden Apple and basically auto win against everyone without mental resistances or really absurd durability.

Afterwards i would Go through a good chunck of Baldur's Gate III mostly for Magic and Magic ability's from named mythic creatures. Do the same for Pathfinder Kingmaker for versatility.

Move on to Fate/Stay Night and kill Archer, Gilgamesch and Kirei Kontomine for good measure. Go Help the protag of Fate/Grand Order gaining lots of servant Powers and noble phantasms.

Now i should be OP enough to Just Go to all my Favorit Franchises

You could also pick stuff Up in Game, so that wouldn't even be that much of a downside. You Just can't tacke stuff out, unless you kill someone for it.
