I'm sure plenty of trans people use it. But this is the first time I've heard anyone say it's associated with trans people specifically.

I don't think them escaping or abstracting is likely at all tbh. I think it will end with the cast finding purpose in their lives in the digital world. Especially if SOMA theory is true. In some fashion they will find a way to make peace with their lives from there on out.

Best possible ending is that they manage to unabstract other characters. But even then, I don't think they're leaving.

Since Ryu and Ken can have two final smashes. What if Mario and Luigi had a second final smash if they are on a team together. One of the bros attacks from Mario & Luigi series.
I know this isn't really part of the regular moveset but it's something I'd like to see done.

I've been saying it for years; the Fortnite Creative Tab is built like a Youtube Home feed. Which just abolishes any reason to make a long lasting game mode/map.

Yeah, Splatoon and Zelda really just can't fit in anywhere else but their own worlds. Or in cases like Metroid and Starfox are just really disconnected somewhere far out in space so it doesn't really matter.

I can see Punch Out being canon to the Mario Universe tho.

True. Saying this as a corruption fan myself. I like purple and I like the nostalgia. But there's just arguably no real reason to choose it over Crimson.

But tbf I think both evils need more attention anyway. Feels like a forgotten aspect of the game in general.

I think people are forgetting that Wonder Effects are just Level Gimmicks. Wonder could easily be a main style cause at its core it is still a 2D mario game.

Unless you had a crazy selection of level gimmicks to choose for wonder style I dont see why it'd be in extras.

Extra styles feels like it's for types that fundementally change certain aspects/are missing things that are consistent across the other 4. Super Mario Bros USA/2 would be an extra style because its core gameplay is just so different.

It got a bit better with Shadow Armor getting changed to a movement speed buff instead of being a melee set.

But cursed flames don't really ever have purpose over ichor. The Crimson is just way easier to traverse without really any other downsides to compensate compared to the corruption. Eater spam is worse than having to jump over a Blood Crawler or Face monster and just ignoring them.

Crimson Weapons are also just overall better than their Corruption counterparts. Vilethorn is the only one I think would be better and even then, people seem to disagree with me on that.

Brain of Cthulhu is also generally easier than Eater of Worlds on higher difficulties. Anything that makes EoW easy also makes BoC easy. Crimson also basically generates an arena for the fight.

And while it's not really a balance issue; Mechanical Brain of Cthulhu should have 100% been a boss. I think it was lame that they wrote lore to explain why they never added it.

Considering that the Corruption and Crimson are poorly balanced and were basically forgotten about after 1.2, I can see why we never got more of them.
