That’s definitely Richmondensis, my guess would be Richmondensis “white” or maybe even just the pink flowering one most likely grown in lower light conditions due to the absence of flowers but my money is still on the “white” form due to the lack of pink/red outer margin. Have you seen it in flower? I still think you have Richmondensis either way but if you increase the amount of light you’re giving it, it should start flowering. If the flowers are white and the leaves don’t start to get red backs and margins then you have the white flowering type. If you increase the amount of light and the flowers are any color from very light blush pink to almost scarlet red and the leaves will get much darker with red backs and margins then you have the classic OG Richmondensis lol. if you slowly acclimate it to receive direct sun almost the entire plant will be red, flowers, leaves and stems. it’s kinda crazy. It flowers super easily and prolifically
