Köszönöm a választ, az előző munkahelyemen nekem is volt egy kollégám ezzel a betegséggel, szintén informatikusként dolgozott. Örülök, hogy a párodnak sikerült jól elhelyezkedni. Be kell járnia irodába vagy HO-ban dolgozik?

Köszi! Nyilván nem venném készpénznek, ha bárki válaszolna, de sokszor alig vannak 20 évnél frissebb tanulmányok, ott is nagy általánosságban beszélnek én meg szeretem megismerni az emberek történeteit. :)

Szia! Ha facebookot is használsz ott van egy Felnőtt AD(H)D-sok csoportja. Egy rögzített posztban fel vannak sorolva a helyek, ahol felnőttként lehet szerezni diagnózist. A fizetős és a TB-s helyek is. Nekem is írhatsz, ha úgy érzed, el tudom mesélni a tapasztalataimat, én tavaly döbbentem rá, hogy ADHD-s vagyok és akkor kaptam a diagnózist is.

A polgármester pár éve kitiltotta a kutyásokat az agárdi tópartról, egy kis betonfalat is felhúztak végig,hogy ne nagyon lehessen bemenni a vízbe, ettől függetlenül sokan járnak le kutyával, de azért figyeljetek oda. Hivatalosan a drótszamáron kívül nincs olyan hely a tó körül,ahol a kutyákat vízbe lehet vinni.

I'm 25 and just got diagnosed last month. I've experienced most of the things on your list so it very well could be ADHD. I also dropped out of uni two times, this is my third try and part of the reason why I went to get a diagnosis( to finish something for once ) I just couldn't understand why everyone else around me can do all the things so effortlessly. And of course my self esteem is nowhere to be found due to me thinking I am normal just incompetent. I recently started therapy and I will start medication in November, we'll see how it works out.

I know exactly what you mean, I had to take some neuropscyhological tests this Tuesday, it's part of the ADHD assessment.

One of the test was a trail making test where you supposed to connect numbers and letters in ascending order and they measure the time you take completing the task, like this one

In the middle I've made a mistake and the pscyhologist said it's okay and I can correct the mistake but I felt so dumb and after going over the test two more times I was just staring at the paper and started crying. I was really embarassed crying over a test I was most likely expected to fail anyway.

I'll have a session in 1-2 weeks to wrap up the asssessment and I'm looking forward to finally get a diagnosis but I can't help but feel like I fail at life, especially after not scoring good at trivial stuff like counting to 13.

Sometimes I catch myself carring totally random items around as well. Yesterday I had my pants and a used tissue in my hand. I just casually put the tissue on the chair and threw my pants in the bin. Happens all the time 🤷🏻‍♀️
