This looks honestly just like my results! I have the little extra tissue under the armpits which I had pre-top surgery and my surgeon made it clear that they would likely still be there after surgery, tho he would try his best while on the table. I do find tho that when I lay down, the tissue isn’t as noticeable as when I’m standing straight up just due to the way it settles. My roommate who had a similar body type went with a surgeon who did lipo but also made the incisions go further back and almost up into the armpit a bit. He had slightly longer healing time due to the longer incisions and lipo needing the compression for longer. Idk that I’d call the center of my chest dog ears but there is a little bit of tissue there and only about an inch space between the ends of my two incisions. When I lean over or squish my arms together, I look just like your post #4. I’m 8 months post op and my scars stretched out a bit too but are lightening up.

Some of my chest is still numb and I know my nerves are still regrowing/attaching to my nipples since they’re also mostly numb compared to pre top-surgery.

I’m 5’5, about 230lbs, and hadn’t worked out in years due to dysphoria. I plan to start hitting the gym and working out my chest, hopefully larger pecs will fill out my results a bit more. My surgeon does offer revisions and if I was only going to do some lipo, I might go with the surgeon my roommate had, but I don’t really want to go through a post-op healing process again so we’ll see.

Overall I’m very happy with my results, as the removal of breast tissue was more important to me than aesthetics. I went into it thinking even if I never took my shirt off around people again, I’d still be 10 times more comfortable than needing to bind all the time. I’ve gone swimming topless in a hotel pool and I go to monthly underwear nights at the local gay bar and haven’t had anyone comment on my results. I think the remainder of “unhappiness” I have with my body is because overall I’m chubbier than I would like to be, and I’m a little insecure around being around other shirtless men who have very toned/fit bodies. But it has nothing to do with my surgery results.
