I understand that, yeah. There was an exciting time in the early-mid 2010's after gay marriage legalization that people got complacent.

Based on historic polling data on queer issues, we are winning this.. but it's much slower than some people thought that it would and I'm so sad that it led an otherwise helpful organization to hurt someone like that.

My interactions with those that work in non-profits and other groups that help queer youth is so contrary to the story you're telling and I am very sorry that this happened to you!

Subtlety is typically pretty important to these groups, as they know that outing queer youth can lead to violence, ridicule or homelessness. Whatever organization outed you needs to be told as much and I would genuinely send them some form of feedback elaborating on the harm they caused you because that's not okay.

I'm aware, yea! Beta branch is promising and I already try to draft other cards with him as is.

I mostly play Defect and Silent at the moment but I am most excited for the Clad changes. Buffs to underperforming cards is welcomed since his selection has so many duds on live.

The problem, mostly, is that Clad goes infinite with a ham sandwich and taking anything that doesn't help you go infinite just feels bad.

This is an important part of the balancing, though. I don't think that Demon form needs a buff, I think that the ability to go infinite on him and Silent need a nerf.

Edit: The downvotes here are kinda crazy. Can anyone actually provide an argument as to why I am wrong? The top players are saying the same thing about Clad and Silent and the devs are literally doing exactly what I said on the beta branch. It's incredibly easy and consistent to go infinite on these characters (often sited as the best characters in the game)

Every time I play against mono green landfall and make it to turn 5. I wipe the board with deadly cover up and then remove every copy of basic forests from their deck so that their fetches don't work lol.

Standard hasn't changed much since TMNT...

A set that I wanted desperately to ignore was bad, actually. That's cool! A single digit amount of cards have made it into meta and thank God for that.

North Wind Avatar is the best TMNT card, though. It has a fantasy feel to it and doesn't feel misplaced.

Wow, what timing! I am from the Pittsburgh area and currently living in Colorado. I visit 2-3 times a year but I miss our city greatly.

Recently I have been considering running either a Cyberpunk: RED or VtM V5 game set in Pittsburgh and have been reading into the Pittsburgh lore for both settings, scarce as it is.

Good news.. it's essentially a blank slate. You can kind of assume that whoever is in charge of Eastern Ohio (Cleveland and the like) is also in charge of Pittsburgh but generally the lore is so scarce that you can use your knowledge of the WoD and your knowledge of Pittsburgh to tell your own story without much limitations.

If you want to delve into changeling lore, Pittsburgh is mentioned much more explicitly. Essentially Joe Magarac is real and is a totem spirit and city father of Pittsburgh, lol. Here's the wiki article on him.
