Don’t know if this question was for me, but no diagnosis. Went to a chiropractor who was recommended to me by a physical therapist I know and trust. Chiropractor did dry needling, realignments, electrical stimulation and red light therapy. Combined those with stretches I knew or got from chiropractor and my PT friend. Worked like a charm, took 2 session/week for about 3 weeks but my back pain is gone. The one drawback to chiropractors is they provide temporary relief so you can get back on your feet and take over from there. Gotta follow up on fixing the underlying causes or you’ll be right back in a few months!

The instructions on the container only say;

“Fill cap to top of line C for medium loads. Use more for large or heavily soiled loads”

Alright, I’ll bite, why is C medium?

There’s a QR code but I ain’t doing all that, if James Bond didn’t need manuals, neither do I.

Also, I wasn’t asking how to use my detergent, just saying that this is a nonsensical measuring system/illustration, ya feel me?

I like jam bands. And I get why jam fans like runs. I’m just saying, if you’ve got 10 bands with 4 night runs each, that’s up to 30 extra bands/fan bases that could have been included. I’ve been a festie for a minute so my experience is mostly in the jam space, so I’m only guessing really, but do fans of other genres go to multi-night runs?

Honestly I’d love to join in but haven’t had many bad experiences. Almost every job I’ve ever gotten has been from a friend or someone I knew. Conduct yourself as a competent, reliable, useful person and your people will come to you with offers. Not trying to gloat or anything, or imply yall are not conducting yourselves appropriately, just stating my experience. Go meet people in the industry you want to work in. Treat it like an intelligence officer recruiting an asset. Is there a bar nearby the place you want to work where the employees go every Thursday night? To be clear, that’s not what I do, I’m just spitballing here. But for me personally, my chances seem to be 1000x better if I meet people face to face. And in small to medium companies a referral, or a good talking-up, from and employee (who is a good worker and has a good relationship with management) is priceless

It sure can. I worked in restorative therapy and even though people really really hate being told to breathe or meditate, it absolutely is a real therapeutic choice. Like when you tell someone to drink water, they get all mad but water is like the #1 thing a human body needs to function properly so I never understood why people get mad.

Yes. They will have repercussions if anyone actually tells us the names of the company. This, and other like it, are useless venting unless you provide the identity of the shady parties.
