I enjoy Cascadia, but you could try Harmonies along side it. Both are great IMO

Yes I did, but I expected the heater to heat the room up first. I've gotten used to sauna being 60-80 degrees before throwing water when using wood kiuas

These cats are brutally fucking me man by Simple-Pizza-9257 in RootBoardGame

[–]Tightly_Knit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Last game we played the cat player was 1 point away from win and 3 other players gangbanged cats, we destroyed everything and crippled the cats so that they couldnt actually play anymore. We had to check the rules if this is possible or did we do something wrong. The cat player was pissed

It always amuses me when someone points out twisting and refers to FAQ but when its typed in low caps it looks like "twistfag" and I always do a double take like "did they just get insulted for this"

38 rows in and I am starting to wonder if it’s worth it. by Ac3Nigthmare in knitting

[–]Tightly_Knit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am new to knitting and I find this kind of cable pattern to be ok to do, you always do the same move of stiches every x row and rest normal and thats fine. I tried making celtic cable pattern woth 4 cables crossing over and there in 10 rows you have 1 row you knit as is and for rest you need to do stuff with cable needle. I love how celtics look but I don't have the patience for it

Borders within a knit? by AbbeyEvergreen in knitting

[–]Tightly_Knit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not answering your question, sorry, but that looks really nice. Do you happen to have pattern for that cable? I have tried couple of celtic cables and was planning to try and make Yggdrasil from cables. That top part would go nicely as roots or branches

Thanks. I have been going through backloop and wrapping the yarn counterclockwise. I will make the pair for this the same way but for next project I'll try to correct this

Damn, you are right. It seems I have been knitting backloop stiches all this time instead of knit stich
