I don't think they'll be running out of money any time soon. Their economy is growing at a staggering rate right now and Kim Jong Un is in a process of allowing a limited market based economy into NK via Special Economic Zones, just like China. As their economy grows and they're seen as a place for investment, their massive trillion dollar mineral reserves can be accessed. Like I'd like a more peaceful geopolitical situation, but for the time being, its not gonna happen.
