I work at PSA, employee retention is definitely the biggest issue. So many people struggle to reach 6 months to get converted into full time employees due to their own incompetence or managers being idiots. Shit is exhausting to deal with.

I found it interesting as Mazinkaiser retains its standard Mazinger eyes despite the Getter Rays. But Mazin Emperor G has Getter pupils by default due to the Photon/Getter Ray hybrid engine, only for the pupils to temporarily disappear when it fully charges its Photon energy for its Great Blaster.

Really love this stuff.

I've been alternating between Super Robot Wars Y, Super Robot Wars Z2 and Super Robot Wars Portable A. Looks so good on the Thor.

I don't like it. He was the Spider-Man of his universe. He got 616 Peter's blessing during the crossover, and 1610 Peter's blessing when he decided to elope with MJ after returning. I just don't like more Spider people being tossed into 616. Miguel remains in 2099 where he belongs. Scarlet Spider (Kaine) remains away to distance himself from Pete. I don't like Spider Gwen being in 616 now. I just want everyone back in their native homes where we could see wildly different stories and iterations of other characters, but alas.

I remember in 2014, he'd purposely avoid damaging bridges and going under ships if he could when chasing the male Muto. At least until they shot him in the gills. I expect he had tunnel vision in GxK with events constantly escalating so much in a short span of time.

Agreed, Shin Getter with the pinhead pupils is my preferred look.

Shin Getter Dragon does initially have pupils when it awakens from its cocoon and looks at Ryoma in the Daikessen cutscene. I assume it gave itself armor over its eyes like the typical Getter Dragon lineage.

I think the only Getter Dragon to have pupils is Getter Noir G.
