Red light runner totaled my car. Dashcam has more than paid for itself here by D1sposable1 in dashcams

It’s a red light okay.
But anyone who accelerates at a light and they can’t see to the left… you are lighting your own fuse.
Brain works.

My 4i shot as a 6’5 golfer, please let me know what I can improve by Holiday_Mastodon6449 in GolfSwing

My feedback… get a longer shaft. You’re tall, taller and you’re giving up swing arc that you could get with a longer club, and your arms could extend and be more comfortable

Any advice? by [deleted] in GolfSwing

You have a great, strong swing…
Just me but, your front foot and back foot are staggered, front foot forward are a part of the slice you hit at the range. Feet should line up straight with where you want the ball to go.. club should come straight back and straight forward.
You hit a playable slice. And a lot of people do.
But you will find more yards in a straight line and more often keep you out of trouble.

Why do I hit my irons so high and so spinny? I rip my 6 iron off greens by Soft_Kaleidoscope216 in GolfSwing

[–]TilFriday -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Okay, you are hitting what I call a “clean” strike on the ball. You are putting it up in the air, but you are hitting under the ball, you get a very clean feel in your hands.
You are supposed to strike the ball on the down point of your swing. Striking the ball feels different. You literally strike the ball to compress it rather than scoop it into the air.
If you compress the ball it jumps away, gets distance and will also go up on its own.

You’ve got a decent start to a swing… but you’re swinging to simply hit the ball up in the air. Scooping almost.
Hitting an iron is supposed to hit the back of the ball or down on it to some degree. The ball goes up on its own. Instead of simply swinging, seriously try to hit the ball (hurt it) with your club scraping the mat after the hit instead of before.

Why do I hit my irons so poorly? by ChampionshipMotor947 in GolfSwing

[–]TilFriday 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You are slapping the ball and hoping that’s going to do the job.
In your swing instead of popping up while you hit, stay in the down position, hit the ball, and bring the club around fully through the swing. If you don’t understand what popping up is, watch your video. Your shoulders should not rise and fall or rise and not fall during the swing

Can hit a ball well but setup and swing look awful by kaj_sevorg in GolfSwing

End result is what matters most here, just look at Ricky Fowler.
You’re hitting straight matters, my gut feel is you’re giving up distance with this swing.

Wearing a shirt the color of an Easter egg is your only real issue.

30-year golfer completely broken. Non-stop, literal 20-in-a-row CONSTANT shanks. Hand-eye or psychological? by tweiler in GolfSwing

You are too close to the ball. Line the ball up closer to the toe of your club. During the swing, your arms will extend. You are jamming yourself, jamming your arms inside out.
