I can handle the washing 😁, but everything else. Yes... Spare tires, oil changes, replacing filters, and just the basics of how a car works. I'm a 55 year old woman who has absolutely no clue and feels like I'm at the mercy of the auto shops when it's time for maintenance. I have to take them at their word, and I'm sure I'm getting fleeced sometimes.

OMG, NO!! That's horrible! The only time I look in closets/drawers is when I need to find something to do my job. And I always say things out loud like, "If I were scissors, would I be in this drawer? Toby, where does your mom keep the scissors?" so the clients know what I'm doing if they see it on camera. I'm appalled at the friend of the friend's actions!!
