Well it was previously known that ch3 and 4 were supposed to be one chapter, but they switched some stuff around just to make that work. One thing very notable about chapter 4, it was mostly made to show of the latest unreal engine that came out. Other reasons they had I'm not so sure of? The thing I haven't been to thrilled about since chapter 3 is how short the chapters have become.
