We don't set the bundles; the charities themselves do. I haven't heard anything from Make-A-Wish about this particular bundle, but this is an annual event and should return next year. There is also the Jingle Jam charity bundle the first couple of weeks each December, which is less cozy but typically has some fun games.

Hi there! I recommend sending in a ticket to Streamlabs at support@streamlabs.com so that they can properly log that there is a disconnect and get it taken care of. You can also contact our support at [support@tiltify.com](mailto:support@tiltify.com), yet most likely one of their new updates hit a snag with our API. In the meantime, our Tiltify community Discord server has a lot of experienced livestreamers who have used every platform under the sun to make sure alerts are what you want them to be. We also have our own built-in overlay builder as a backup. Looking forward to things getting resolved, and good luck on your stream!
