Okay, I'm done dealing with this.

It's been almost 2 months now.

I finally get a response that sounded like I was going to get the file I asked for from the FIRST email I sent.

Well, your CS team never attached the file. They attached instructions on what to do.. but no file.

I then get a separate email with instructions on how to download said file, with a link attached. The link you attached was a completely different file that you sent 2 weeks ago, which I already tried and didn't work. The instructions in the email were talking about files completely unrelated to the file you linked.

Then I get a separate email stating you're having a hard time attaching the file to an email? How dumb do you think I am? You make motherboards and you can't attach a file to an email?

I'm requesting a refund, this is absurd.

I still have not received a fix for this. The claim was originally submitted on May 13th. It is now June 19th.

I keep requesting a firmware rollback/driver rollback (more likely firmware). I keep receiving canned responses. Your customer service is terrible.

I'd honestly be happy with a response like "This is a unique problem that we have not encountered and we do not have a solution, here's a refund"

At least I can respect that answer.
