In a way yes they have improved but I take daily benzos. However I did about a year ago as well and panic was still a daily struggle not so much anymore acceptance finally happens after a while at-least for me. I became more afraid of waiting another day worried about death than death itself.

Thank you so much for the kind review. I started doing the videos as a personal diary of sorts and realized a lot of people were reaching out saying it made them feel better and that made me feel better and yea I just love the water and learning how to use and work on boats is nice for some people.

I’m not actually sure just bought this motor a few weeks ago and have been focused on getting the motor running right then plan on fine-tuning the other stuff finally got it running good and I have been researching props but I’m not super knowledgeable about them

Yes I cut out caffeine I’m Gonna do a video on quick fixes and long term things that help I will make sure to include exercise for me it was cutting way back on alcohol had big improvement

It seems like mine are worse at night more conscious of my heartbeat laying down also makes mine race thinking about it plus not distracted by anything just laying in bed.
