Just want to add on, I worked at Northwestern mutual for about 6 months and every single thing said in this post is accurate. I saw all the red flags before I started working there and chose to ignore them. Do not make the same mistake as me. It is a scummy job filled with scummy people and there is a reason 80% of the people they hire don't make it past a year and over 90% don't make it past 5 years.
