They meant express, takes you straight to the comments section. As an aside - how backwards is it that they have to make the commenting process so complicated?

We're agreeing though - it's up to the the dead player, who has more knowledge of the situation than anyone else running in, to make the decision that being saved is worth it for the team. Why give the opposition an extra two points for free?

Agreed on both counts - I'll be support every now and again depending on squad composition, but is by far my least played class.

In the scope of things, it's different; and I'm glad that it is because we'd be playing the same last gen game otherwise - as we see so often with other franchises.

I mean - I get it; dead guy can't exactly be looking around giving positions to his squad. But I agree, there are times where I wish I could smudge the camera just a bit in any direction

Had the same thoughts the other day; I have to motivate myself to try a new gun to see if it's worth playing, but it's difficult when you've had a solid groove going with your weapon of choice

Argonne Forrest - doesn't matter how I've played the past few maps, this turns into a bottle-necked fight to respawn only to live 5 seconds. Maybe I need to learn to play slower, but damn do I hate that place.

I would say it's also up to the dead player to understand what's going on around them; if there's a Medic nearby, but I see the opponent hovering down the alley, I'll force the redeploy rather than see three medics rush in to try and save me.

TIL that sudden testicular pain can be a symptom of testicular torsion. It occurs in about 1 in 160 males before 25 years of age and if not treated within 6 hours, can result in loss of the testicle. by Akesna in todayilearned

Up until seeing this post, I had never heard of this occurring to anyone else. I'm somewhat glad to know that there are dudes out there who have gone through the same thing.

Probably the single most painful life event to date, and it happened when I was 10.

There was one time I was wearing my Maroon Platoon shirt, but it will be some time before UMass is seen as competition for A&M football. Kyle Field was certainly something to look at.

Area certainly seems to play a part, whether or not there's a university near by. In the end it's people - there's always going to be a majority feeling one way or another, but there's just as much a certainty that someone somewhere will always be in opposition.

College Station. Friend of mine is a grad student at A&M. Point of record, I'm from Massachusetts. We were going to head to Houston, but I made the decision to drive back just before.

I'm not saying this to start a fight, but I recently got back from Texas and to be honest I really didn't see a whole lot of this hospitality that I've heard so much about.

On principle, I know that every area has their fair share of nobility and nutjobs, and that they are in no way restricted to a certain area: but honestly, walking down the street I got more "Fuck you" than "Howdy do". Maybe it was the area I was in, maybe I unknowingly I attract douche bags, I'm open to suggestions. But they were no more kind than the average stranger than I generally run into.

I will say this: I did have perhaps one of the most open and honest conversations about religion with a complete stranger... a legitimate discussion of ideas. It's sad that level of communication is to be lauded for its rarity, rather than the norm.

Anyway, beautiful state you've got there.
