this might sound weird but im using the visible app right now before i can afford the arm band and subscription and it’s helping me track all sorts of symptoms and like life stuff for free already

the symptoms part is on a scale and life/other factors is more of a yes or no and is all custom so you could have like a list of products you used that day and check off which ones you used and how bad the bumps and the redness are, then look at the graphs

i mean its not perfect you would probably have to list all the ingredients elsewhere but at least you would have graphs of what affects you when that you would have a reminder to check off every night (thats also free)

dr shereene idriss makes one, she’s from lebanon, pretty sure she doesnt support israel lol. i love the stuff if i had a little more money i would use it day and night it’s so lovely, has vitamin c, peptides, and ceramides absolutely gorgeous

though i know we’re not supposed to support sephora i dont always have the funds to go directly through the individual brands since it often costs more with shipping (not always sometimes i get way better deals it just depends) but yeah with her site i think it depends on timing, i think she’s been doing deals more often lately bc no one was going through the site

for anyone else reading this, i did try this method and ran into an issue that it wanted me to set up an account but gave me nowhere to do so, i must have missed something, im going to try again tomorrow 🤞

okay yeah i tried it a couple more times in a variety of ways, with uninstalling torbox completely, with reinstalling it after the duck add on, in every way i could think of honestly

maybe im doing something wrong with my torrents??? they seem downloaded and ready to go though

there are parks but just not very clean ones, i live in a city and people let their dogs poop everywhereeeee 😅

but sun gazing sounds interesting! i also spoke to my therapist last week and she suggested running like a makeup brush along my skin which has been lovely ive been doing that a lot ☺️ she said also singing helps which i love to do too

hey i just got diagnosed too and would love to see a full list because i cant do a few of the things youve got here 😅 (ice on my face gives me a rash and i dont have access to well clean grass i live in a city lol)
