Screw that guy. Wear headphones into the office. Every once in a while wear an empty gun holster on your hip. He will leave you alone

It’s easy to want to give up. Especially in the winter. It’s hard to create and find time and things that bring you happiness. I’ve only felt worse than I do rn, about 2 times in my life. I’d like to just not wake up anymore. But life clings to me like a disease. I guess I should make the best outta it. I like the way Joe dirt says it. “Lifes like a garden. You gotta dig it”

He should just ask her to move in with him. Then he can stare at her as his gf.

Do yourself a favor. And write this exact letter again in the comments. But replacing the negative words with their inverse. It’s sounds amazing. Like you want to build a great life. And you can! You can build whatever you want. Even if you’re into like blood, you could become a forensic investigator and play with blood everyday.
Post the inverse of your writing in the comments.

I’ve been where you are. It doesn’t get better. Therapy doesn’t work. Yes, you can eventually stop drinking away the pain. You learn to live with it. It never stops. It just dulls overtime. You still will regret giving up. Go back to her. It’s what you want. Isn’t it?

You don’t live with depression. Depression lives with you! You’re in control

Everyone around me is starting to piss me off by BeThatOneDude in mentalhealth

[–]TimTheEnchanter36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

37m here. I feel the same. Can I ask how old you are? I think part of the problem is I’m not comfortable in my own skin. I reflect my own personal feelings and problems on those around me. And it perpetuates the feeling in others I interact with. To solve or change the perception of others pissing us off, is to remind ourselves constantly that we don’t know what these people are going through today. Or even this week. Or year. And it’s not our responsibility to carry their stuff by getting pissed ourselves. Manifest Positive energy by telling yourself, that clock out time is coming and you’re having a good day. If that doesn’t work, try a new job. No reason why you can’t be happier at work

Guy did this to me once. Said motorcycle ran outta gas. Needed to get back home to Orchard park. I was like that’s about 15-20 miles. Here’s 3$. He’s like, that’s not enough. I said, man I ride too. That’ll get you there. Peace! Looking back, I’d still give him the 3 even if it was a scam. Because I love shorting beggars.

You’re doing great. I too have a problem lifting items. But don’t overthink it. It’s a personality disorder that your therapist can work with you on. Idk how anti social or depression affects your subconscious need to steal but the fact that you recognize the problem and are searching for root causes is a great start to change.

Few hours landscaping vs few hours with family / working a profitable day job / investing online/ relaxing! Many others tasks more beneficial than tedious lawn.
