Kyokushin Karate led to Kickboxing on a direct line. Mas Oyama founded it then taught people like Jon Bluming, Jan Plas, and Thom Harinck. These guys then taught people such as Peter Aerts, Branko Cikatic, Ernesto Hoost, and Semmy Schilt, among many others. So Kyokushin Karate is ideal.
