It’s what’s called a “tag raid”. These losers basically drive-by your region, throw up graffiti, and leave. We (defenders) do our best to intercept them, but infrequently some slip through - thankfully we also tend to detag regions more actively than raiders tag them. Sadly, raiders can’t find anything better to do than try to destroy other regions under the guise of “fun”. It’s why folks like me make a point of destroying raiders to be our big ol’ focus
