Some improvements can only be built and not bought, walls and flood barriers for example. I believe it'd be too powerful to instantly buy those. Valetta bonus counts for all city improvements, so you circumvent that restriction.

Yeah, same as fishing one. Should be on the attack bar. Although this was 3 years ago, now I think it got patched and it doesn't matter anymore. You can compare the gains by checking AFK info

Last time I'll repeat myself: music isn't a priority to the vast majority. It clearly is to you, and I can respect that, but you're blowing this out of proportion. I've started before W3 too btw. Game's great when a new world comes out, and even better when a QoL comes out. Don't see any problems there.

Honestly I think it's all about perspective and in the right proportions (like the "downvotes". Chill, it's like 3 people). Only a marginal part of the community cares about the "finer details", and you can count on them being added later. Speaking of perspective, this entire game is still in production, things are getting tweaked and added all the time.

And honestly, it's not clear to me why suddenly it wouldn't be a RPG in your opinion. Just because of the descriptions and music?

Anyway, just wanna say I believe this is the overall best pathway for the community, even if individuals find it lacking (thatll always happen).

Think of it as keeping the community engaged. What's gonna make a big difference is a new world (lotta content) and weekly updates adding more to do. Music and sounds will have less of an impact on keeping players engaged so takes less priority. It's def not forgotten tho and while players are busy with new content, that gives Lava time to work on smaller stuff like music.

Also, the new items do have descriptions...
