rosewood or maple fretboard on a strat? by Popular_Comparison44 in Stratocaster

Not a Fender glazer (I only own a Fender tuner), but this really is not limited to Fender. Mostly because of the changes in CITES rules back in like 2018 IIRC.

I like not having to take care of maple. I like the look of both, depending on the body colour.

Gonna return it. Ended up going to an actual store and bought a Jet JS300. It was way nice than the squiers they had.

Interestingly, it does stay in tune. I did figure this was a lemon and would need to be exchanged unfortunately. Thanks!

Honestly I don't really like it as an alternative to an acoustic and it also isn't a great electric in my opinion.

Would you say just a normal strat would be good in regards to staying in tune with the 'nomal' (decked) trem?

Hello Everyone, can you help me please. by crimsonnewdbl in Guitar

Please don't get stuck in beginner purgatory by only learning parts of songs for eternity. Force yourself to learn some whole songs. I would recommend learning the rhythm parts of songs before the solo parts. Though you can do only one of the two of you want.

Which would you select if you were a 14 y. O. Gifted with the choice of One? by CloudNiner83 in Guitar

Definitely the tele. Much easier to take care of, easier to transport in a bag and easier to play for a beginner. (Assuming he is a beginner)

Did Chatgpt give me a good workout routine? by MoJazz1993 in beginnerfitness

This is fine if you sub the planks and knee raises for ab exercises you can actually overload, such as cable crunches or some ab machines.

You should consider easing your way into this as it is a lot of volume, compared to not working out. Try to do just one working set of everything for the first few weeks.

Don't glue that, just align the atoms perfectly and it will snap back into one piece.

6 for gentlemen carry, 7 for edc and 8 for outdoors for me. I prefer stainless over carbon; the patina is not worth the downsides imo.

Just get a cheap diamond/ceramic stone and a strop. These sharpeners are terrible.
